Please fill out the online application below. At the bottom, please indicate if you would like to purchase the music book your student uses in class, a music stand for practicing at home, a care kit or an extra pack of reeds (clarinet or saxophones).

Once the application is completed, you will be sent a DocuSign rental contract for you to initial and sign.

The initial payment amount including accessories you wish to purchase will be indicated on the contract.

Once contract is signed, we will charge your credit card for the initial payment and accessories if you choose to purchase them. The instrument will be delivered to your child’s school on the next scheduled delivery date.
